Did You Believe?
Is this what it is going to come to? Are we in the path of "the Predestined Apocalyptic plan" (KJV)? Well in retro-spec, I can see very clearly where these ideas motivate. We have been making fun of the Christian predictions for so long that they may very well be sneaking up from behind us just to teach us a lesson.
Many have been spared the devastation of Irene; while others have felt the wrath of either God or the Prince of air. In this day and age its truly hard to tell where divine logic stands when it lies in bed with evil. None-the-less, their is hope, if we stay close to the Bible and the Holy Spirit we may possibly be spared the worst of these storms. Likewise the East Coast just suffered an earth quake, just days before the hurricane; it is some what erie that they lied back to back.

Good news for the majority of New Hampshire residents, they were able to come out of the storm (Irene) in some what decent shape; compared to others states that is. Mind you we did get some horrible flooding, but not like our sister state Vermont. The damage for them was unreal. Some Vermont road way and towns looked like the aftermath of a C.A. 7.0 earth quake. The road crumbled and fell right into the rivers.
The Menes that came with  Irene seemed to be water, and lots of it. Here in N.H. we battle the fierce power of swollen river and streams. The destructive power of water is almost Ominous, in it vicious attack upon everything around it. We lost power Sunday around Noon after the first part of Irene had barreled through (White Mountains regions). Due to high winds and serious flooding we were without electricity untill 3pm today (Thursday). We had three telephone poles down on our road. Needless to say we are fine due to the grace of God. We should all find humility and pray in a united strength that the Lord Almighty will aid those who are still struggling in the aftermath.
