- Part 2
- The banks
One more
thing:
The banks…..What power do they yield on our government? What kind of Power would yield them
government money, at the expense of taxpayers? Taking out of our pockets, while they turn
around and do not lend to taxpayers? It
is this that gets one’s thinking about the integrity of these
institutions. The little man pays the
taxes when the rich men are excluded (mostly), but the rich can borrow but the
middle class cannot. Whats happening today
with Slow business revolves around the housing market. This is a trickle of effect that I was
speaking of earlier.
The
lenders of today, use too lend yesterday, using property as collateral but now this no
longer exist. The Housing markets messed up
the ability for the middle class to receive loans. The banks don’t trust the mortgages or the
property value. No longer good enough! The fact that they who sell/buy mortgages in or to the Stock-market and later
have trouble finding specific mortgages, is a good example of why the banks a
weary in accepting property as collateral. But the banks were involved in it all, so they
should not hold it against us; but they do because they know the truth and we
don’t.
- What is it they know about our (the U.S.) mortgages that we don’t? Why is it they are acting as if property is worth nothing?
What have they done
with the mortgages they are supposed to be in control of? Personally I know people who've had problems recently getting loans. When people who
have good credit, property, a house and a business, are being turned down for a
$50,000 loan, there is a problem. I mean
if they had 20,000 to put down maybe they would’ve received the loan. Using savings to put down on
something one could make monthly payments on, was the reasons why personal
loans were creating in the first place.
To
deal on a monthly basis to assure money be there to use and keep available for personal
situations. Those days are goneThe
bank’s aren't lending to anyone who they believe doesn’t have the money to buy
and this is not including the current income one earns. Honestly, this is about loans, not being lent out . The word “irony” happens to be the concept of
that main sentence. Like if people had
the money to buy why would they get a loan?
If you don’t have at least 20% to put down on a home even with AAA credit,
it’s just not happening. This is the
consistent scenario I see happening here lately all around me.
I can almost guarantee if you attempt to use
your home as collateral even with a down payment that they would investigate your mortgage. That never would’ve
happened in the past, but it does today. And if there is any question about your mortgage than you can forget the
loan. Mortgages that were sold on the Stock Market are considered sketchy to banks and lenders. This is more irony for you the lenders don’t
trust their deals
It tells
me because it is these very banks that allowed it to happen in the first
place. They are the ones who received a
payback not those were losing their homes.
The banks were the affiliates of these loan agencies and companies. The loan agencies hired people who evidently
would do anything for the almighty buck, including burying hardworking fellow
Americans. I want to know who raised
those people. What kind of human beings
have no remorse about setting some one up for a fall, like foreclosure? To do such things to people with families
and it doesn’t matter the race, creed or social status; there’s no excuse!
For now it seems the nation is moving forward,
unfortunately it is only 2 inches per mile.
Point is we are now stuck in this mess and can go nowhere until it is
thoroughly cleaned. No one can get a
loan except for the people who made those, bogus loans happen. We have to admit there’s definitely something
wrong with this country because the system is feeling us.
I’m not
blaming it on all the people, I’m not blaming it on our country, and I’m not
blaming it on Obama personally. But integrity seems to lack in the hands of
those who did create this mess; let them sleep with that at night. I pray that
the rest of us will be lifted up by the almighty in his mercy. That he may have
pity on us and help us before we fall too hard, that we can’t get back up. Even
more so I hope those who did partook in the temptations of evil deeds upon poor
unsuspecting citizens of this Nation, will come to the understanding of
repentance, (it helps them & us).
